Mother Earth Connection

This retreat aims on reconnecting us with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and establishing a healthy relationship with her, based on the cultivation of unconditional love (munay) and reciprocity (ayni) towards the Earth and all of her beings, based on the Andean traditions of Peru. We will practice multiple tools and exercises that will help us ground, connect, and feel the presence of our beloved Planet’s essence and consciousness. The main takeaways would be grounding, clarity, purification, releasing tension and negative energies, resetting our fight or flight system, and cultivating a balanced relationship with Mother Earth.

To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit of €150 is required at the time of booking.
